SHIPPING POLICY

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail. The product and condition thereof is confirmed to be acceptable upon leaving our facility for shipment. All responsibility thereafter, including product damage and shipping errors in transit, shall become that of the purchaser once the product leaves our facility. The purchaser may have a remedy with the courier, but Amo Wish bears no responsibility over damage or error that occurs once the product is possessed by the shipping courier. Please note that due to the nature of our products: separation, melting, and other such physical alterations may occur during shipment due to conditions outside of our control, such as temperature and handling.

 

Amo Wish is not liable for such alterations in form and makes no warranty that the products will arrive in any specific condition. However, any thing that melts will go back to solid form in the refrigeration and will not be an issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

For items shipped to United States or Canadian addresses, you have seven (7) days from the day that the order arrives in which to inspect the purchased products. If you are not satisfied and wish to return the product (a reasonable amount of usage is allowable at the discretion of Amo Wish), you may return the product within seven (7) days of arrival with the original proof of purchase (product receipt), for a full refund.  Bottom Line if there is an issue please reach out and we'll see what we can do.
